Privacy policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
Basil Web Company keeps this simple: we collect only what we need to do the work, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, business, phone or email and current website, when you fill in the mockup form or contact us.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email and the amount, never your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it collects.
How we use it
To reply to you, make your mockup, do the work you paid for, send receipts and invoices, and keep basic business records. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for anyone else's advertising.
If we email you about your website and you'd rather we didn't, say so and we'll stop. Every email includes a way to opt out.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information as long as we're working together and as long as tax records require. To see or delete what we have about you, email mbmcmarketingco@gmail.com.
